Nowadays the gingerbreads from our traditional workshop are made by my grandfater, Lajos Tårnoky and me in Bóly, just a few meters from the ErzsÊbet inn. The Tårnoky gingerbread is almost 200 hundred years old ⡴he workshop in Bóly was estabilished by the great grandfather in the second half of the 19th century. The huge doorway is full of the smell of the freshly baked gingerbread, cinnamon and clove.
