Suvara is a dry-powered mill. It is of round shape, built of bricks with a roof structure made of oak wood. Horsepower is the driving force of the mill-wheel which was used to grind wheat, barley, oats and corn. The Otok Suvara is the only such structure preserved in Croatia or in this part of Europe. In the past, there were eight of them in Otok alone.
